Join us for a special dinner on Friday, July 11th at The Barn at Lone Oaks Farm! Under the guidance of Chef Aaron Holt, we’re excited to showcase some extraordinary up-and-coming young chefs from the Des Moines area.

These dinners are near and dear to our hearts—an opportunity to celebrate creativity, collaboration, and the next generation of culinary talent.
The Menu
This special evening will feature a lineup of rising chefs, each preparing one course under the mentorship of Chef Aaron Holt of Doolittle Farm. Chef Holt will also prepare the greeting course and oversee the full dinner experience.

Iowa pork chop / herbs / caramelized shallot whipped potatoes and parsnips / bacon jam gravy

While we do not provide alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy. Suggested wine pairings will be shared prior to the dinner.
